ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Meaning, movement and working from where you're at…
In the time we’ve got together we’ll be using movement to look at some of the things I’m most interested in: connecting to what's going on inside, gesture, rhythm, connection to music, movement as a kind of shedding, reclamation of identity.

ABOUT DAN CANHAM

My name’s Dan Canham and I’m a Bristol-based theatre-maker and choreographer. My work moves between different contexts including large-scale celebratory dance events and movement direction for theatre shows. Some of the work I've done includes Of Riders & Running Horses and SESSION for my own company, Still House. And Jane Eyre and A Monster Calls among other shows as movement director.
